~Cracks_de_Rainbowz~

After the claz guys had played bball in the morning, joined them after that and with a few others, we went to watch "Charlotte’s Web" @ The Cathay. Hmm felt that it was rather disappointing. The story line was very predictable but at least the animals in the movie were really cute. It gives me the feeling that I’m watching Babe in the City too ~ the pig resembles so much like babe! :P It seemed like almost the whole of spore’s population is out in town on x’mas eve. PS was much more crowded than before and there were queues outside the more popular restaurants while some were trying to pull customers in. In the end, we went for Swensens despite the long queue outside :P hahaz I guess maybe it’s just the “long queue means good stuff” mentality. Finally ate my all time fav Swensens’ baked rice ever since back :) We actually sat in Swensens for an amazingly 3 ½ hrs straight! Haha even thinking of maybe doing countdown in e restaurant already but think they’re closing before it hits midnight. Had an early countdown among ourselves instead of waiting for the actual moment to arrive so as not to meet the after midnight overwhelming crowd :P

On x’mas day, ate out with family. Ichiban Sushi…Grilled eel with scrambled egg rice bowl! After which met up with a few fellow IHers in spore for an afternoon of board games at Minds Café. It was simply full house there! All the shouts and laughter from every other group added more to the playing atmosphere. Haha just 2 games -- Querell & Taboo and it took up the whole afternoon.

On new yr’s eve, didn’t manage to join the oac peeps for ktv in the afternoon so met up with them for steamboat at Marina South. Flooded with people as usual and everyone was like hunting for seats! We were really lucky :P came across an empty table just as we were deciding to head to somewhere else to eat. We didn’t eat a lot and definitely didn’t eat up to the price hike of 15 bucks. Somehow our appetites had shrunk esp the guys! I still remember last time we ate so many plates of meat and stuff.. it felt endless. Haha think maybe because it was after canoe polo where we’d significantly used up our carbo reserves.

Went to zx’s hse for stayover with my class peeps so didn’t stay for fireworks. Simply just played all kinds of games, be it mahjong, taboo, bridge, indian poker, alien or ma tong game & etc, along with alcohol and watched hilarious movies: Click & How to lose a guy in 10 days. Haha then countdown in the midst of everything :P all the way till daybreak 6am plus.

Another year is gone..again. It seemed like only yesterday when we’ve just welcomed the millenium yr. It has now hit ’07 and the earth is still revolving, the sun continues to rise, the world still exists. All the commotion about the end of the world? When will it happen? Seriously, who cares for the wisest thing to do is ultimately, just try to live life to the fullest every moment.
